Keep in mind you will either need access to a large format printer (36" wide paper) or the ability to print in sections that can be assembled. This file is not recommended for offline viewing because Acrobat takes too long to regenerate the image after every pan and zoom. Note that this version will receive one more update in the coming weeks adding strategies to EA, MR and EQ.
